Welcome to Scout and Sage Micro Distillery, nestled in the heart of the South West. Born from a deep desire to explore and collaborate in the distilling space, foraging plays a large part of our limited editions along with seasonal garden herbs and aromatics. At Scout and Sage, we craft each batch of gin in our 150l copper pot still and each bottle bares the signature of our head distiller ~ Holly.
Our range features the Scout & Sage London Dry Gin, our award winning take on the timeless classic, made with Seville orange, pink peppercorn and other delicious aromatics. For those seeking a taste adventure try our limited edition offering of "Mother’s Ruin" infused with pomelo, grapefruit, rosemary flower and grains of paradise peppercorns. Finally we have our vibrant pink gin made with Raspberry and Hibiscus.

The story behind the business
Meet Scout & Sage GIN
Scout and Sage was founded by Holly Bower in 2016. Holly who had been working with other gin brands saw an opportunity to create something special from her experience in the field. The combination of her love of food & drink, nature, exploring and foraging led to a deep knowledge of the distilling process, and a fervent curiosity of playing with flavours.
She came up with her first signature gin the London Dry, and following that success Holly has since worked with a number of amazing restaurants and bars to create bespoke gins that work with seasonal menus or represent the places that surround them. This is something she remains truly passionate about, collaborating with others to create unique and delicious gin for people to enjoy.
