Muti Chilli Kraut is the only live ferment containing neither garlic nor onions, so it is actually light & refreshing & is the perfect partner to tacos & nachos & the absolute boss on hot dogs - not only elevating the humble dawgs to hitherto unknown heights, but also rendering them relatively healthy thanks to the colony of gut-boosting live microbes teeming in the ferment.

Muti Live Ferments are shipped in recyclable stand-up-pouches to avoid leaks & breakages associated with the glass jars when under internal pressure due to the live beneficial bacteria producing CO2 during the magical fermentation process.

Ingredients: Cabbage, chillies (5%), sea salt, herbs & spices.

Keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks of opening.

At Muti we do not use any of the 14 regulated allergens as ingredients in any of our products. That said, some of our suppliers do handle such ingredients & so we cannot guarantee that they are trace-free.

Muti ferments are delivered in fully recyclable plastic pouches containing at least 330g of ferment. Once finished rinse the pouch out with water & recycle with your soft plastics recycling provider (some councils do not offer this service, but most supermarkets do).
