Inspired by a chance encounter with a barn owl on the Winter Solstice, the hanging solstice owl decoration brings a touch of magic to your home. Printed on both sides, the owls look wonderful hanging in a window, suspended from a hook in the ceiling or equally hung against a wall. They are the perfect way to bring a touch of the wild into your home and also make a unique gift for any owl lover.
Available in three colour ways and two sizes, it’s easy to find one that will suit all locations and occasions. For example, the small size is perfect for hanging on the Christmas tree!

The owls are designed and made in the UK. Laser cut in Scotland using FSC approved poplar plywood and then screen printed in England (from a hand cut lino design), onto both sides. The natural grain and occasional marks of the plywood may be seen through the print in places, but this all adds to the natural and organic beauty of the product.
Large owl measures: 250mm x 220mm
Small owl measures: 120mm x140mm (easy to post in an A5 envelope).
Please note that the birds are all made by hand. If an item is out of stock it can take up to three weeks to make more.
Each owl comes with its own individually selected cotton bakers twine to hang from.
