Description

Marquis Charles de Pickman started La Cartuja de Sevilla in 1841, when he arrived in the city with the idea of building a factory of the best quality ceramic crockery to compete with the English brands. However, the Marquis probably didn't anticipate Haus of Lucy coming along and adding a Chinnock helicopter to his classic design! This vase comes signed by the artist and is an original.

Need to know

This hand printed vase measures 22cm high and weighs 500g. We recommend this is a decorative vase only and should only hold artificial flowers.

I'm Haus Of Lucy, a contemporary multi-media artist. I am obsessed with marrying together the old fashioned and unloved with the contemporary, whether it's an oil painting, a ceramic figurine or a vintage plate.

Since quitting my old life as a magazine designer, I have worked with Adidas, Footlocker, Lazy Oaf, Primark and Greggs (I'm STILL waiting for that lifetime's supply of vegan sausage rolls).

I thrive on creating a contrast between old and new, urban and classic.
